Game Designer Sign Up Form

Thank you for your interest in coming as a game designer to Harrisburg Board Game Day 2025. Our free one-day event attracts over 400 people each year, ranging from casual family gamers to the experienced 4x strategist and everyone in between. Game designers are an important part of the event to show off their games whether available for sale or early in its development and ready for playtesting. 

We would love for you to join us. Unfortunately, space is limited. In an effort to be fair to everyone, we ask that you answer a few questions about you and your games. The Harrisburg Board Game Alliance will review all the applications and choose a wide range of game designers to match our audience. We will be in contact once we receive your submission to let you know if there are available spots.

Selected game designers will be given a dedicated table to display their games, run demos, or hold playtesting sessions. If you are not chosen, we urge you to attend the event and you are welcome to run your game at any of the general play tables. We will put you on a waitlist and if a cancellation occurs, you will be offered a dedicated table.  All game designers who attend (dedicated space or general play) will be publicized on Harrisburg Board Game Day's social media and other advertising.
